As much as we love this device, having YouTube, Google and Alexa all on one device, there are few issues which can hopefully be upgraded in the very near future!Please add more of the Alexa functions like the timers DO NOT WORK, it counts down then just disappears, then an alarm goes off many hours later - it needs some serious upgrades otherwise it's great.The sound is much better than the Amazon Screens, so that's a big plus!UPDATED 13/11/2018We are now on our 2nd unit as the first one had some dead pixels, this one died totally at the weekend, it turned back on Monday afternoon, so I gave it a factory reset, it's now struggling to link to Alexa - emailed the sellers, not had ANY reply yet, not form earlier emails either, don't think they speak English, or they are just ignoring my emails, not sure.This unit might be going back this week, I will NOT be getting another if that's the case!It's a shame as they have nice sound, a clear screen and having Google you can install all kinds of apps, but if it doesn't work properly, it's not good enough :/The best thing about this for me is the Radio player will play all day not like the Useless Alexa devices that switch off after one hour - but I could just buy a cheap radio and save £150 :/

I purchased this for my kitchen to be a kind of 'all in one' entertainment system.This allows me to do everything i need such as play music, watch Youtube videos and Skype my friends.Looks wise its design is sleek and stylish. All of your buttons and connection ports can be found to the rear and the 'knitted' covered front looks cool and consists of the 7inch display and front facing camera.A handy feature is the fact the rear stand legs are un-screwable and theirs a handy handle (see what i did there) for carrying. Add that to the various plug attachments for different countries that are included means i will be definitely be bringing it on my travels too.The device comes with Android operating system which looks like you would expect on your phone/tablet and runs smoothly with no delays or crashing as yet.The display is very clear with vibrant colours and sharp images and the touch aspect is nice and responsive.The system also comes with both Alexa and OK Google which are both great for changing song tracks, searching the web and linking up with other gadgets around the house etc.All in all it looks like this is definitely a rival for the Amazon Echo Spot. Although this is slightly higher priced it does come with more featues so for me is worth it. Highly recommended.

No instructions. It took an hour to pair with wifi and Bluetooth. Very counter intuitive. The OS is clearly more favoured to google assistant. I wanted to integrate with Alexa. After all the messing around it showed in my Alexa app. However the device would not come online for speach recognition. Returned. Buy Amazon show instead

Purchased Clazio entertament centre mostly for travelling with kids to keep them busy . Good benefit about Clazio - it has hdmi , so can be easily connected to any hotel tv and stream movies online on big tv screen ,comes with remote control ,however cable not included..Easy set up ,works just like most android tablets .OK GOOGLE hands free option is great when you busy , automatically detects your voice ,you can ask google to set up your alarm ,play music ,open app,search for recipe etc..Alexa works just the same way ..LCD screen is plastic , but video quality is great . You can download apps and use Skype ,video messengers ,it has built in camera .Sound quality is good and clear ,modern design . Speaker ,tablet and smart tv box all in one good for the price .

Fantastic device thoroughly recommended, it does what it promises and it does it well. I run action tiles over the top, both Alexa and Google work well. Battery life was impressive and it's a good solid build.
