No. Delivered to correct address and on time. Item in perfect condition and as expected.

How can it be removed after applying?

It’s not permanent. You moisten the tip of the pencil and run it under your nail tip and after a while it just wears off. Washing your hands for instance would get rid of it.

Does it come off when you wash your hands ?

No it does stay on for a few washes. Obviously if you nail scrub it will wash off. I find I have to reapply each morning. Hope that helps
