Sturdy and works well.
Directions are not good. Hard to follow and did not match product. Fit car well.

Not one size fits all
These do not fit my truck. I called the manufacturer customer service number and left message. I was not able to get anyone on the phone and they do not call back either. Do not waste your time

Passenger and driver headrest do not match.
The driver side companion headrest is a different shape and size that the passenger headrest with the gun safe. I do not like the fact that they are different. It looks awkward to me.

Good quality but…
The posts that go into the seat are thin. This makes it hard to use the spacer things they supply and to get the headrest to lock in place. I had a hard time getting them to lock in one of the upper positions and I found that if I pulled upward in the headrest it would move up but then fall to the bottom When released. I ended up returning them because of this.

Impossible to install
The companion headrest mounting plate was permanently attached to the headrest making installation impossible to attach screws to the mounting plate

Nobody even knows it is there. Great quality that blends right in. Plus it lock into the seat.
