This was a lifesaver for our five hour flight with a 15-month-old. Lots of ways to play with it, especially if you get creative and help with the finger puppets and such. The pieces are soft, durable, easy for my kid to interact with, and intuitive to use. Some of the pieces are a bit small so watch out for swallowing, but the felt didn't taste good to my kid so he'd suck a bit but not really try to stuff it into his mouth. But overall, he still comes back to it even at 19 months.

We love this book. It has a bunch of cute ways to keep my toddler entertained. I do have to manage the pieces but that's with any toddler toy. It's nice quality and has vibrant colors.

I was hesitant to buy this because I have purchased similar busy books on amazon for a fraction of the price, but my child never played with them for long. But I needed some new toys for a long plane ride, so I went ahead and bought this and I am glad I did. There is actually so much in this book for the child to play with. It keeps her entertained for a while and she reaches for it over and over again. We now use it for playing in the car or at restaurants since it is a quiet activity. There are also lost of skills that can be practiced using this book like colors, seasons, shapes, animals, and counting.

Let me start with my absolute favorite quote of all time “ imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand “ Einstein A dude who knew a little something about being smart About the toy now: About 4860 individual little pieces! Each one has a place that it belongs, that it will never be placed into again after the child owns it! Velcro, pouches, little doors open and close. Everything a toddler wakes up in the morning and lives to be engaged with until nap time! I got this for a little toddler buddy of mine, we actually save this toy for when he’s going to have to hold still and be quiet like airline rides and stuff like that. He absolutely loves it! Of course we take away the majority of the small pieces so that the cabin cleaning crew that comes through after us doesn’t have to bring an extra trash bags for all the tiny ducks, chicks, eggplants, lambs and calves… I absolutely hate seeing children’s faces in electronics. Honestly, the next generation is doomed if we do not go back to toys like this one where it’s tactile, colorful, nothing is talking to the child and telling it how to engage. It’s purely the child’s imagination and the adult who plays with them. Please get this for your little toddler friends! If you’re on the fence between this and an electronic device, please do not get the electronic device. We are ruining an entire generation of children with the mental nonstop stimulus that the electronics are putting into their heads. We’ve got to go back to a simpler time when this sort of toy was fun and the imagination Drove the direction to play, not in an electronic voice telling them what to do I’m supposed to talk about functionality, yes it’s functional. What a stupid question. It does what it should, little kids get to stuff little creatures into pouches, they get to think about food that is growing on a farm etc. So functionally, yes it does a job. Educational? Absolutely! The educational value is Miles ahead of so many of the other toys that are out there these days. So far as safety is concerned, this is not for little guys! There are pieces that they would put in their mouth, guaranteed. Make sure they are past that stage. Age range I would say to heed the advice about are they past the putting everything in their mouth stage and possibly choking, but what is the top age range? I don’t know, I’m in my 60s and I have fun playing with it with my toddler buddy ha ha! Travel ability? Perfect. It’s a great car seat Toy But I’d suggest you take some of the small pieces out because you’ll be losing them otherwise. And then the last item was speed. OK? Books are not typically known for their speed lol. I’m just gonna leave that one blank We are hopefully buying toys for our children to make them curious and develop their mental and physical acuity. Little activity books like this are absolutely the cornerstone of that mentality. Please stop making children who can only be stimulated by excessive lights and noise. Rather, encourage the little people in your world to enjoy things like this and use their imagination!

Perfect size for my 16m old daughter, learning without feeling like it, very durable and fun pieces! No missing pieces and it was the best Christmas gift my daughter received 🥰

My baby absolutely loves this busy book and plays with it all the time. It’s engaging, colorful, and great for keeping little hands busy. The only downside is that the Velcro comes off pretty quickly, which is a bit disappointing. Other than that, it’s a great toy and very enjoyable for my baby. If the Velcro were more durable, it would easily be a five-star product.

I gave it to my 12 month old for car rides without all the pieces because I know she’d throw them lol, I absolutely love that when she gets older I can give her the pieces for it so she can play that way too. For now she just likes to look and touch it. It keeps her entertained for long enough car rides and it’s super worth it!

Bought this for my youngest for our trip and my oldest ended up loving it as well. Lots of things they can take off/out and put back on. Lots of different topics such as foods, shapes, animals, numbers, and colors. Very easy for a wide range of ages to use. Great to travel with. Kind of thick but great shape to put in a carry on or diaper bag. Quiet toy but because there are a lot of pieces, it was slightly annoying to have to pick them up when my children threw them everywhere (especially on the plane). Great quality item and felt it was worth the money. It was definitely a favorite amongst the few toys we bought for the trip.

Ho acquistato questo libro montessoriano per la mia bimba e ne sono davvero soddisfatta. È realizzato molto bene, con materiali curati e colori vivaci. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è che riesce a tenerla impegnata a lungo, permettendoci di trascorrere momenti tranquilli anche fuori casa. Lo portiamo spesso con noi al ristorante ed è una soluzione davvero utile per intrattenerla in modo educativo.
