This book has several shortcomings that prevent it from being a five star book. The ideas presented are interesting. The effectiveness of the book is limited by the small grainy black and white photographs accompanied by some very basic instructions on how to complete the project. An experienced woodworker can easily fill in the blanks and make do with the limited information provided. The beginner most likely would do better with a better step by step instructions with photos to match. Would I recommend this book? Depends on the person and experience level.

Came quickly and my hubby was very happy with this gift. lots of easy-to-follow plans that he loves. TYTYTY

The pictures, what there are of them are mostly black and white, grainy and of poor quality. The directions are mostly incomplete. It's more of a guide to give you some ideas.

another book that i hope works

Many of the plans were not complete plans. But the images provided gave enough of a clue as to what you want to do.

Cool book and neat projects.

The publisher should be embarrassed.
