Smooth and delicious
This Crop by Pop Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha has a great matcha flavor, which I think is slightly earthy. It's very smooth and not at all bitter -- definitely worthy of being called a ceremonial grade. It mixed well, but I do recommend sifting and using a whisk or milk frother to blend. That's actually a good thing, because good quality matcha may clump if you don't. It's not the best I've ever had, but it makes enjoyable matcha tea and lattes. And, at under $20, I think it is a great value. Recommend.

Pretty nice ceremonial matcha!
So far, I like this matcha! It’s 100% organic ceremonial grade matcha, and it’s of Japanese origin (per the company, their tea is harvested in Kagoshima, Japan). Matcha from Japan is considered the gold standard, so I have high expectations for this brand. To start, it comes in a small, sealed bag. In total, there is about 1 ounce of product, and it contains up to 30 servings (if you use a 1/2 teaspoon). However, this will vary based on individual preferences, given that one may use slightly more or less depending on how strong of a matcha taste you want. The color of the actual powder is a vibrant green, and it has a very fine and smooth texture. As for the taste, it’s earthy and is slightly more bitter than some other matcha powders I’ve tried. However, I still consider it to be on the milder side for matcha, so it’s very enjoyable to drink.Overall, I’ve enjoyed trying this out! I use this strictly for making matcha lattes or for drinking by itself with hot water. This isn’t something I would ever use for baking since it’s ceremonial grade and culinary grades already exist specifically for that purpose. At the end of day, this matcha is comparable both price to some other brands of matcha on the market today. I would say that, of the Japanese matcha I’ve tried, this is on the lower end of the spectrum. It’s still lovely in its own regard, but there are other Japanese matcha brands that reign supreme.

Tastes like a good matcha should.
I came into a bamboo tea whisk at some point so I figured I'd put it to use in some matcha tea. I don't have a lot of experience with matcha but this tastes like I remember it. It's a smaller quantity and affordable so a good start to give it a try.

Premium price for Premium quality?
Premium price for premium quality perhaps, because this bag is small. The flavor however is bold and tastes like a good matcha, has a little bitterness to it, which I been using it to make a matcha latte, just delicious. The only con is the price is a bit pricy for me.

It's okay.
It's not the best matcha for drinks, but it's good anyways. It makes a very green drink, but I don't really like the after taste. Maybe I'll mix it with some smoothies to mask some of the flavors.

Pretty Great Green Tea
I've had "better" ceremonial grade matcha before and that's in quotes to stress the price difference. That was packaged up to give it a much more prestige look. This is notThis tastes 100% excellent however so don't let the fun little packet be deceiving. This is wonderful. It mixes up with no effort, isn't bitter at all, it's so, sooo smooth in fact and has this beautiful aftertaste to it. This is a great green tea. I just wish it came in a larger packet

Inexpensive "ceremonial" matcha
This ceremonial grade matcher is on the lower end of the price spectrum.I see the color is not as deep as more expensive ceremonial matcha. It mixes well with the right tools and taste about the same. (I am not an expert with matcha but I know what I like)If you are not too picky about your matcha this is a good inexpensive option which is above you culinary grade stuff.

matcha
This powder made a fresh tasting, bright green latte. Overall, the taste and quality seems at least comparable to, if not better than other matcha powders I've tried. I do think it's a small size package, but at least you're more likely to use it up while it's still fresh.
