Is a very good addition to your workout equipament works as described

These are my first bands, and I don't know what I was expecting, but I don't think I got it, or I was just expecting too much. They work; my doors are in weird places with corners, so I don't feel like I'm getting enough range of motion connecting them to the door - I used them more traditionally (foot resistance), but they are SHORT. I'm short (just under 5'6"), and my arms are average length, but the bands aren't really long enough to get full extension for an overhead tricep extension (in my opinion), especially for anyone taller than me or with longer arms. Someone will say, "maybe you were just using too much resistance and don't have the strength to pull them," and I obviously thought about that, and that may be right... but it doesn't feel that way since I usually lift more than the equivalent weight in the gym; but, again, these are the first I've ever touched. With some modification to my thoughts and planned movement, I could feel the burn where I wanted, and that is all that matters. I went with 4 stars because I'd probably give it about a 3.7 if it let me do decimals.

It works fine. It would have been nice if there were directions on the resistance based on the colors and a small exercise manual of how to use them

I bought it in order to exercise home but never happened 😂They are good, i use them sometimes and is a great set!More than a year later and they are brand new.Easy to use and get ready. And the different weights help me to find the perfect one for me

The ONLY reason this isn't getting 5 stars is because it did not come in a box. All of the 11 pieces were neatly in the travel bag. No suggestions, no directions, no info on the best way to get the most out of each piece. Was this a return? I've written to Cuxus with no reply. All I want are directions.

Good quality, exactly what was described and has good resistance. Definitely worth the price!

Everything came disasembled in a small drawstring bag with no instructions. Was so frustrated by all the different pieces I just ended up donating it.

As expected.I used these for my physical therapy at home and from my weight loss. They are the perfect resistance for me to use them.
