Moen Quality and easy Installation
We selected this paper holder because it "matched" a look we had in one of our baths that we were remodeling. I have use a number of Moen faucets and towel bars and have been quite satisfied with their look, quality, and price. This product is no exception. New to me was this swing up feature, a departure from the typical spring and roller mechanism. I didn't know if we would like it or not, but, now that I have used it, I think it is much better and easier to use as the typical spring and roller system can "fly apart" if you don't hold on to it firmly when changing a roll. Here, you simply flip up the bar and put on the paper - fast, easy, and can't fail. Installation was easy and exactly the same as for other Moen towel bar products. A template is provided so you know where to drill holes. I always start with a smaller bit than I would use if I used a drywall fastener. That way, if I drill into a stud (where I can't use a drywall fastener), I simply use a screw. If the bit drills into just drywall, I simply drill a larger hole for the plastic drywall fastener.

Good looking, great functioning toilet paper holder
These are the best toilet paper holders. Once you've tried pivoting ones, you'll never buy a stupid pressure one again. They look great, aren't hard to install, and change the toilet paper roll is easy without the drawbacks of an open holder (where you accidentally end up with the roll on the floor all of the time). Moen makes a nice sturdy product that also looks good.

Great product
Do go ahead and get this! I did "weekend DYI" remodeling of a powder room and installed this on my own. I was very careful about measurements and leveling, but other than that, it was super easy to install. Do read instructions (short) and plan out everything before you start drilling holes on the wall. It is a very sturdy and stylish product, with "no more spring"!

Good design and decent construction
A pretty good pivoting paper holder that matches well with a variety of other Moen fixtures. It installed quickly and easily, and seems durable enough for our guest bathroom. It does seem somewhat less sturdy than the Moen YB5408BN Kingsley Pivoting Toilet Paper Holder, Brushed Nickel that we have in the master bath, though - like it's a little cheaper in construction or materials. That said, it's a very good holder at a good price.

Matches
Remodeled bathroom fixtures. I like the brushed metal it matches the other fixtures. Easy to install and looks clean and neat.

wish I bought these years ago.
as I mentioned on the other style paper holder that pivots. I bought these for all three bathrooms. They are fantastic, who knew they had bathroom tissue holders that you didnt drop or lose the center piece. Yeah the center piece is connected on one of the sides and you just pivot the other to place the new roll on. This is so SPACE AGE LOL. You just lift the one side up and slide off the used roll and replace with new. You can put water spicot, towel rack, door handles, even shower handles to match. Im only mad that I had to wait until 2018 to know these things existed.
