Arrived very quickly Product was exactly as expected I had noted aprevious review that was critical of the mounting brackets. however yes they are plastic but having fitted previous heated towl rails they also used plastic brackets. the brackets are plenty strong enough but it is important that the back plates are fitted corectly so that the brackets point out slightly to compensate for the curve of the rail. the instructions state to place the brackets 10mm from inside the edge but that is a bit close to the edge due to the fact the brackets point out I changed this to 15mm it allows for any drift when drilling. The programing is quite easy and the instructions are clear, I did wonder if it had programmed as as soon as I sent the program to the heater the remote control reset it self as if it had just put new batteries. and the heating element showed a small egg timer. so I reprogrammed the remote and tried again and sent the program to the heater exactly the same happened so waited untill the respective time came up and cheked the heater was working exactly as expected so be aware that once the program is sent the remote resets to start up.The towl rail is working perfectly and we are very happy with it

For the money I expected something well made and well presented. Instead I got chrome covered plastic fittings to fix it to the wall. A complete lack of proper instructions. It works and that is about the only positive thing that can be said about it. How reliable this will prove to be, only time will tell. If thinking about buying this overpriced item, keep looking there are better one's out there.
