As someone who loves to cook outdoors, I’m always looking for tools/gadgets that make cooking better, easier and more enjoyable. This product has definitely earned a spot in my BBQ man cave. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the build—it feels sturdy and well-made, not like something that’s going to wear out after a few uses, and most importantly the plaque that goes around the burner to protect from the wind is a game changer when making a paella outdoors. Using it has been a game-changer. It’s practical, efficient, and saves me time, which is huge when you’re cooking recipes like paella which take some love and time to get the best results. I love that it’s designed with everyday use in mind; it doesn’t just look nice, it actually performs. Cleaning is straightforward, which is another big plus. Nothing kills the joy of cooking faster than a tool that’s a pain to clean, and this one is quick and easy. If I had to point out one thing, I’d say the assembly of the legs is a bit tricky if you are alone, so be patient or get another person to give you a hand. You can see that it is a product with a high durability, and its performance is excellent, it has great heat distribution making it worth the investment. For me, it feels like an investment in my BBQ man cave rather than just another gadget.

Was reluctant to purchase due to price of item but was so glad I did! This was a gift for my husband and did not disappoint! Excellent build and high-quality item. Its stability is great and the heat is evenly distributed. After we used the item for a large gathering we were even MORE impressed with all of its features. The paella turned out excellent. Even though this is not necessarily an item that you would use frequently, it is one of those things that you don't need it, until you need it! The only drawback, if there had to be one, is that it does not come with a lid, but that does not diminish the excellent item. I would definitely buy one again, if I hadn't bought the first one! Thank you for a quality item!
