I have a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme with a 16" screen. While not a gaming computer, it is a fairly beefy laptop used for software development, so it draws a fair amount of power. It has a pretty large power brick and dedicated power input, but can also charge via USB-C. I've been looking for a car charger that could keep my computer running when I'm a passenger on long drives. On a recent 1.5-hour car ride, I used this LISEN 170W charger with the included USB-C cable to keep my laptop running while I worked. Starting at about 95% charge, the computer actually gained charge while I worked and was at 100% by the time we arrived at our destination. The charger got warm, but not unreasonably hot. I had previously tried a similar device from UCANUUP that claimed 120W output, but my laptop would not accept charge from it for more than 5 seconds at a time. I can't vouch for the LISEN's durability, but so far, I am very pleased with its functionality.

Amazing output and very reliable. It stays relatively cool. I plan on buying more of these. It’s also super compact and well built.

I tested this unit and it charges at the full 170w with the included cable. I found that a lot of cables sold on Amazon rated at 240w still can not deliver the full 170w. This is a great deal dollar per watt charging. You can basically charge anything including laptops and large battery packs.

This charges my phone faster than my previous carport charger.Pros:High Power Output: I was able to power my laptop.Fast Charging: Definitely charged my phone quicker.Durable Cable: The braided cord is nice quality.Cons:Size: The charger is slightly bulky, which might be an issue for those with limited space in their car's power socket area.Heat: It does heat up a little. I don't think its anything to be worried about.

Purchased this for my wife as she is a home health nurse. It's used for charging her laptop in the car as she goes from home to home. Works great! She was given a ac/dc brick and did not work. The included cord is great, as it is used for her laptop. The other 2 ports are used for wireless phone charger and her work phone. This is such a small charger to replace a bigger charger. At this time, the heat level on the charger is good. It gets warm, but then again it is charging 3 devices. especially a laptop. Great bang for buck especially if you get it on sale! Highly recommended, wish they had the 6 port in stock which i purchased last year.

Finally a quality fast charger for the cigarette lighter outlet. Works great!!

Works flawlessly, super fast charge

I now have 4 of these 170W car chargers and have recommended them to multiple friends and family. I ordered various car chargers prior to finding this gem and none of them lived up to the power delivery claims. Several had issues charging power banks with USB-C ports that could be used for either device power or charging.These Lisen chargers are rock solid. Everything I've connected to them has charged at the highest wattage the device supports. They do get a little warm which is expected pushing higher amperage but the heat is well mitigated with the metal housing.I have several on standby with LiFePO4 batteries and 12V sockets to be used during power outages to recharge devices, power USB lighting or small fans and a multitude of other devices that I've converted to use USB-C to barrel connector cables replacing bulky AC power supplies. It is effectively a massive USB power bank when paired with a 100 Ah battery.
