Great upgrade from pervious models
I have had one of these for years. Getting it started could be a struggle. The new Autostart feature pretty much guarantees this gets up and going without lots of frustation.

Not for beginners!
I can’t even last a full minute with it fully wound up, I’ve never tried one with this much resistance. This is definitely a heavy duty grip strength trainer!

Best device I found for wrist strengthening
This device is SUPERIOR to exercise bands, weights, and those silly bending brace things (super uncomfortable) for wrist strengthening. My chiropractor, an ex division 1 gymnast, was attending to my wrists and these helped a TON!I use it for 1 minute on both wrists before playing guitar. And that’s all it takes.The timer didn’t work out of the box, but to get a good grip on it, you can’t see it. Skip getting the timer and just use a kitchen timer and do intensity by feel.

Love the new option to wind it. Works well. Love the feel/pump I get from it. Also works well for physical therapy
