Fits perfectly
Fits me right, straight out of the box (after I trimmed the toes), great arch support and padding. I weigh a little less than they're rated for, but I work hard and lift heavy auto parts all day. They don't quite fit right in my steel toe boots, too much padding under the toes, I'll be buying a pair of these for those that are the half size.

I've had them in my shoes for a little over a week and so far so good.
It did make my feet feel a little better in my work shoes

Break them in
These have to be broken in so make sure you're not standing for a long time without them being broken in. After you brake them in they are just perfect and they are also easy to cut to fit into your shoes.

Great Arch Support
These insoles are quite comfy and really help with my low arch. The shock absorber on the bottom helps as well with my high impact lifestyle between snowboarding and skiing. These insoles fit better with a narrower foot than a wider foot.

New life to old shoes
These were exact fit for men’s size 12 ASICS shoes. No trimming required. The left shoe felt a little weird at first. After wearing for a few hours if feels fine. Nice to have more support in the old favorite pair of shoes.Instructions let you know it could take some time for your feet to adjust. It will take some time to know how well they hold up.

Did not work for me.
I had high hopes for this as it was specifically made for heavier weight people such as myself. I'm a stocky muscular guy weighing in at 250 and I have plantar fasciitis. Used these for an 10-hour day at work and honestly couldn't wait to get them out of my shoes. Insoles are something that's not going to be the same for everybody, so so understand these might be great for some people and not so much for others. For me these didn't work as the arch support and the heel support felt very lumpy and not comfortable. What really sealed it for me was the heels constantly squeaked when I stepped and that drove me nuts.
