I got this to put on the steps to give my father something to hold onto when going up and down the steps. As it arrives flat pack you have to put it together which was easy enough. It is supplied with anchor bolts, for some reason these failed and I had to replace with others. Did not contact the company to say they had failed as quicker just to get others. which work fine. only downside to putting this up is the holes are very close to the frame could have done with a little extra width on the plate to fix it, would have made it easier to screw the bolts up. It's only been up a couple of days but is doing it's job and it looks nice as well
