Kefir Live Vanilla Yoghurt
Alittle Sour, but that is the nature of this live yoghurt. Otherwise, like the consistency, not thick but not too runny. My gut seems to tolerate this yogurt and the flavour is enhanced if eaten with fruit. Keeps well and stays fresh, in the fridge, for afew days, as long as air is not allowed to enter the product keeping cover down ontop of pot.
