Does not fit my 09' Rav 4,...bolt is not thick enough .

I've returned this Item already! This item did NOT fit my car... as it said it would.

This tow hook is very attractive but functions perfectly. The materials used to create this are very solid and durable. The anodizing on the aluminum part is flawless with no exposed aluminum. As for the bolt, it's pretty much Zinc coated where it shouldn't rust. The swivel point is smooth and the whole anodized unit acts like a shackle. It's very easy to put on and take off. I'd use the original box to store it in the glove compartment when not in use. But if you want to display it constantly, make sure you use blue thread locker in making sure that it won't come off by itself in while it's always exposed to the elements. It's an attractive tow hook anchor point that's very solid and durable and should last a pretty long time.

It seems to be fairly decent quality although I'm not sure I'd trust it to actually pull the vehicle out of a ditch but I won't have to worry about that as it doesn't actually fit either the front nor the rear row point receiver. The front has very different thread size and the rear is so far recessed the screw doesn't even come close to see if it's the wrong fit.
