The first time I used this, I liked it, the second time I used it, it snapped in half, so I wrote a review and literally within hours of posting the review, the seller contacted me and immediately sent a replacement so if you’re on the fence about ordering, if you’re not satisfied the seller seems willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. As far as the item itself, I do like it and it gives you a pretty good home workout

This set comes with A LOT of different stuff but i've been using it primarily for the push-up board. The grips are elevated and thick, letting you use more of your forearms and get a deeper range of motion. It's primarily made of plastic but still, very durable. Its also collapses so you can store it anywhere you want.Besides the board itself, it comes with many different bands and clips to train other body parts. The push up board is easy to setup but these other accessories require you to fiddle with clips. They work well enough but take too much time to setup. They ended up being cumbersome.Overall a great deal. The push-up board is great but the other stuff it comes with takes too much space.

I bought this to get some range of motion with resistance. I use it 2-3 times a week; overall, it does what I expected. My first disappointment was the fact that it was a pain to change from just a bar to the one with rollers. I use it both ways, and going back and forth is a time consumer that interrupts the workout. I wished they offered just a bar to add to the set. The other disappointment was the resistance bands seemed light, and the only ones that gave me much resistance were the 40lb ones. The other two (20 and 30lb) haven't been touched.But now, after a few months of limited use, the first stretch band broke. I was doing a normal lift, and one band broke. It is unrepairable and renders the entire package unusable. I am a small, over 60 man, and I shouldn't be able to break a band this fast and this easy. The only thing it offers me now is to use it for push-ups. I could have bought something for 1/3 the price that does that. If you want something that lasts, look elsewhere.

I haven’t used it yet but I got it today. I love everything it comes with, it looks very promising. Can’t wait to use it.

I’ve had the original for years now so I thought I’d upgrade to get a new one with the attachments and ab roller. I can’t say enough how this is not an improvement. The handles stick in the slots so you can’t move from push up to push up with out stopping resetting the handles then getting back into a push up position. The bands have to much slack in them to allow for good curls of any kind. Switch from bands to bands in cumbersome at best due to the pin you hook to being so low. They should make a bigger slot or move the pin higher. This machine wasted more time switching in and out of things you need than providing a good work out. I will be returning this and going back to my original push up one. DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE NOT A BEGINNER!!!

This is an awesome little workout assistant. Many different options for versatility and different workouts. It provides a workout for all areas of the body. The small bag it fits in makes it easy to take anywhere, very light and folds easily. I used a small basket to hold the attachment peices but it's great to quickly unfold, hook any attachments and get started! Plus, its perfect for home workouts, no pressure and you can take your time getting used to the different options it provides. Highly recommend!

Money!Doesn’t seem to be over engineered, haven’t used it yet but seems super simple and comes with instructions. My favorite part is all of it fits in the carry bag, little tight but fits. My plan is to use this when I travel for simple workouts.Does feel like potentially healer plastic but like I said I haven’t used it or “put it to the test yet”.
