I definitely knew I needed minerals. It was cool to find a gummy mineral vitamin that definitely does not feel diluted by flavors and what not.I’ve been on it for a few days now.I like the looks of the gummies as well, looks like a gem. :-)

I have been taking ashwagandha for quite a long time, and ashwagandha did boost my focus and energy. Shilajit has similar health benefits as reported. This supplement with Shilajit extract and ashwagandha extract made it easy for me to take both conveniently. I put the gummy nearby snack, so it is very easy to remember to take it. I feel more energetic after taking this supplement.Added sugar is an ingredient as shown in the description, which is preferred. The gummy has a natural flavor so it’s not very easy to consume for the first couple of times. After trying it for a few days, I got used to the flavor eventually.

I’ve been taking these over the past 2 weeks and I definitely have feel an increase in my energy BUT they taste horrible! I’m glad I take them with my morning caffeine and daily vitamin that is a bit sweeter because I don’t think I could withstand the taste !I probably would get these again due to the taste but in terms of performance I think they work!I only take 1 a day .

These arrived super fast and the texture is great on them. Can’t wait for all the health benefits they have to offer

The flavor is earthy but not bad. I felt more energy after trying it. Better than eating gummy bears.

You have to love gummies. I mean the point is to put supplements in the good tasting stuff, right? I guess you can't get shilajit to taste good, in any case. I suggest it works well for what it's supposed to, but would rather not tastes it.

Receiving this product, the first thing I noticed is that it's design is appealing, the gummies don't stick together, they taste decent, have that shilajit flavor note to them and do nor cause any discomfort when taken on an empty stomach. These are formulated in the USA but made in China which is why I docked some stars. I'm not sure if they've done much in the time I've been taken them, nothing noticeable.

Opening the safety seal on this bottle you're blasted with a unique strong smell. I should've headed the warning. The gummy was like eating probably what gasoline tastes like or tar mixed with rubbing alcohol.I'm no stranger to shilajit, I mix the tar into tea and the taste is fine. In gummy form however this is the first and last I've tried, I can't handle it.
