NICE UNIT FOR THE $$
EASY INSTALL. DON'T CARE FOR THE SIDE SLIDE OUT THAT EXPANT TO THE WINDOW. A LITTLE WIMPY. BUT, I WAS ABLE TO STABILIZE IT. UNIT ITSELF...WORKS WONDERFUL. HEATS AND COOLS MEDIUM SIZE BEDROOM AND SMALL BATH.

A MUST for crazy temperature rooms
My son’s room is either burning up in the summer or freezing in the winter so having the ability to do heat and air is game changer!! Even in the fall it’s nice to have the app where I can program it to be air the first half the night then turn to heat the last half of the night when his room drops. It’s been a solid game changer.

Not much of an air conditioner, there's NO difference in the two speeds, doesn't blow air out hard enough. Not the best AC for a second story window,seeing they tell you to remove unit from outside case.

seems really nice, cools 3 good size rooms on the first floor of our house , Installation was a bit time consuming but I would recommend this product :)
