The first ball that came was broken and when I opened it, there was sand on my counter. Ugh! The great news is that they sent a new one in perfect condition. It is beautiful. I sent the broken one back. I am happy with how it looks in my home.

This globe is fun also, as I change it every few days. The first one was damaged and I returned it easily and the company sent me a replacement. I love it. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

I don't know why but I thought this little sea globe had a set sand and shell scene in water. The sand and shells are loose so that when the globe is tipped sideways, they go everywhere. I'm kind of disappointed but my own fault for not rechecking the description.
