These are my favorite protein shakes. They blend well and taste so good! I have tried strawberry and carmel and both are so good!!!

The Best Shake ever
This is the best shakes I have ever had. The strawberry tastes just like a strawberry shake from McDonald’s. So yummy! 😋 I bought a single serving blender I put ice 3/4 the way and then put the powder in and fill the rest with water. Perfect every time. ♥️ Hope this helps🫶🏻

Good Taste
The HMR shake meal replacement powder has a good taste and makes you feel full. As far as the weight loss, we are working on losing weight and it is really hard being disciplined. Our family loves to eat and looks forward to every snack and meal. We will keep trying but the shake is good in strawberry and all of the flavors. We love them! No gritty texture and it is worth every penny spent. My only hope would be that the shake would really curb our appetite. I do not see that at this time.

Disappointed with nutrition intake
I personally was not a fan of the flavor & the ingredients were not advised to be a healthy supplement. The texture was fine.

Safe weight loss for 80 yr old female
No chalky aftertaste. Needs to be well-stirred to completely dissolve. Tried in both tap water and almond milk. Using once a day. Gradual weight loss. Same comment for vanilla and mocha flavors
