Time to put laughter in therapy, this little book has a lot of insights on the importance of laughter in psychotherapy.

An overrated book
There are some okay things about this book but in my opinion (a) it wasn't funny, (b) none of the observations changed my life and (c) it didn't leave me laughing much at my own life. It encouraged me a little and gave me the occasional tip I could actually use, such as remembering embarrassing moments and sharing them with others. But that was hardly the "eureka" moment I had been looking for. I bought the book only because the title looked so promising but I think it largely failed to deliver.
