Chrome Hotel Towel Rack - 3 Guest Size

The rack is smaller than I thought it would be, which could be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it. It's kind of hard to squeeze towels and wash cloths in, but at the same time, it hold them in place pretty well. It only has 2 screws to mount it onto the wall. I went out and picked up some molly's to keep it secure since I was mounting it onto drywall. It still wobbles a bit, but it works.

The picture shows nice plump towels in the rack but I had no luck. I haven't purchased towels in over three years and I don't have bath sheets but my bath towels would not fit in rack regardless of how I folded them. Hand towels and wash clothes worked great but not towels. I'm taking a risk writing the review now I still haven't gotten my refund. You Remodel responded promptly for a return request so we'll see.

these are well made and look very nice (I bought 2), but my fault I didn't read the reviews. My towels are too thick and I had to return them. If your towels aren't thick, like maybe Turkish towels or regular thickness, these would be really nice.

How many times has someone left a wet towel (or missing towel) in the bathroom? Too many in my house, so while on vacation the hotel had something similar to this which worked great. We remodeled the house and while we were at it we added this towel rack. No more wet towels, because this stores them neatly. It mounts using two screws. They only thing I do not like about it, is that it is not made out of stainless steel. I'll see what happens in the long run, and if it rusts I make one out of 316 stainless steel.

I have limited space and was looking for something to use in each bathroom to store some towels. The product itself was good and sturdy...however, my towels didn't fit into the spaces. I had to really wiggle them into the spaces and then they hung out too much making it look messy. This is made for regular sized, thinner towels...nothing fluffy or for the larger bath towels.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This company "youremodel" has the most unbelievably bad customer service. I wrote a comment on my review about how I felt the shipping was high at 10$ for an item that was only around 20$ and they wrote me back a very threating email, insulting me and telling me never to buy anything from their store again otherwise they would cancel my order. It angers me that Amazon has continued to support and host companies like this who use the comment boards to harass buyers rather than as a tool to learn how to please their customers.The towel bar itself is just okay. It's sturdy, however it doesn't hold my big fluffy towels well at all. It works well with thin small towels.

I was very pleased to receive this item very quickly but although I had measured what I needed and checked size of item in description given, large towels DO NOT fit easily in rack. I am unable to use the rack due to this fact

I have always liked the utilitarian look of these in hotels iv'e stayed at. I finally found these on Amazon and put them in each of my three bathrooms. I also put stainless hooks up for used towels to hang on, It kinda has a bathhouse feel. These allow me to monitor and limit the amount of towels we use.Construction is solid. Materials are good. I recommend this.
