It works.
The serptine belt kit is just ok, not perfect, it works for now. To note: The idler pulley is 3/16 larger in diamateter than OEM which has a diameter of 3'". Why this is important, the tolerance/gap now between the idler pulley and the tension pulley is very close, the serptine belt is like close to touching. I will likley have to purchase a idler pulley thats 3" vice 3 3/16 to ensure a proper distance6 between the two so they dont rub. The serptine belt part number is 6PK2373 and believ it should be 6PK2375 which is 93.5 ". This would manke the differnce as well. It works for now, but i need a idelr pulley that is 3" in diameter so I dont have to woory that the serptine belt will rub against the tension pulley. Im a engineer and would recommend to re evalute this kit before selling another one and provide specifications. I would like to receive a repalcmemnt ider pulley that is 3" only, then id be satisfied. Thanks for readingAdded: 8-8-24 I just the installed the correct size diameter idler pulley from moTor craft. Recommend installing the correct size to allow proper spacing between tensioner pulley and idelr pulley. If not the serptine belt may rub together wearing out. A-Preium parts needs to correct their kit. Buyer be ware with these guys.
