Functional and beautiful pain relief
+ Good for self-massage without a wall+ Portable and easy to carry+ Super pretty!These are awesome! There’s a good amount of tension and pain in my neck and shoulder area that’s built up over years of doing strenuous sports. My arsenal includes lacrosse balls, spiky balls, trigger point tools, massage therapy, etc. all of which suffice in their own ways, but these raw balls have been getting the most use lately.I like that they’re made of wood, which makes them both beautiful and functional. They’re firm enough for massaging without needing a wall like you would with a lacrosse ball, so I tend to use them while reading or working at my desk. They’re quite portable as well and the included bag makes them easy to find amongst all my gear when I’m out in the world. I’d love to learn new ways of using these massage balls!
