A great kit to have in your bag for when you're camping or out hiking.

Not exactly what I was expecting. I didn’t return as low value. Too big (although small) to take up valuable rucksack space.I already had a separate (cheaper!) tick remover for dogs which is far superior to this.I doubt if it will be used.

Lightweight and handy

The product arrived late, which may have been Royal Mails fault. However, the online description did not show the actual removal tool, which is the main part of the pack (the rest being some plasters and antiseptic wipes you can get anywhere). On inspection, I'm not happy that the tool will serve its purpose. The tweezers blades have a large meeting surface area, which will almost certainly be unsuitable for all but the largest of ticks, and will risk compressing the body of any juvenile or nymph tick, so as to disgorge the stomach contents back into your bloodstream - precisely what I sought to avoid. I doubt I'll be confident enough to use these in practice, unless I'm bitten by a real monster!

Case is bigger than it needs to be for the items inside

The removal device is poor quality and the contents are not as advertised. We had two wipes and 20 plasters. We are looking for another removal device as this one is poor quality.
