Great work well

I ordered this to conduct a drain inspection of the sewer drain on one of our properties, on first glance this looks like a good value kit with a good selection of accessories for different size drains and pipes, having used this one in the field so to speak there are some vulnerability to the screen being exposed and I would suggest spending a little more for the next model which has the screen in a case on top. The key accessory with this for me was the wheeled protector which is secured to the camera with plastic grub screws, the included screw driver is a little small and I would recommend using a slightly larger ones, the grub screws in mine was very light and rounded off, however Emily in customer service was really helpful in providing a quick replacement. In fact I cannot express how good to the customer service is from this supplier in remedying the issue. The camera is illuminated well considering there is no light in the drains, the screen was quite clear and I like that this has a rechargeable battery battery built in which means that this can be used where there is no power. The video quality was clearer than the pictures I found and this also has audio recording as well. One thing to be aware of is, as the cable uncoiled from the reel, this caused the camera to rotate, there is no self levelling function but this can be sorted pos edit if needed, there are some more expensive models which have this feature which may be worth while for more frequent users. For a basic survey and reassurance this is a good piece of kit, I was able to get information I needed from my drains at about half the price of a professional CCTV survey and I still have the equipment to check other properties as well.

Caméra fonctionnelle avec un écran un peu petit, mais elle est en revanche très solide par rapport à d’autres caméras que j’ai utilisées auparavant. Je l’ai utilisée longtemps et de manière intensive sans rencontrer de panne. Plus d’un an après mon achat, la tête de la caméra est restée coincée lors d’une intervention. J’ai contacté le vendeur qui m’en a renvoyé une nouvelle sans aucune facturation supplémentaire, ce que j’ai trouvé vraiment très appréciable. Merci encore pour ce geste commercial.
