Smoky flavor
This blend is okay, but there was an unexpected smokiness to it that overpowers a lot of the other flavors. The closest I can compare it to is the Korean BBQ blend from Spiceology. Really would have loked this to be more of a true chile Limon flavor. All in all though, it's not bad. Just not what I expected.

I wish sugar weren’t one of the main ingredients
The thing I tasted most in this with sugar, before any spices or even salt. What a shame. I really don’t like seasonings that have sugar unless it’s specifically for something like barbecue. That’s really the only thing I could think of using this for, and even then, I’d probably have to add hefty amounts of garlic and lemon, because I didn’t notice any notes of citrus or garlic for that matter… Really mostly just sugar.
