quality product --works as designed
I was a little skeptical when i saw the price, concerned that i would receive a quality product--but I am VERY satisfied with the product I received. The evaporative cooling is more refreshing than ambient air, and if you add ice, you can significantly notice a difference in the cooling. I'm also beyond pleased with the customer service on this item. I paid for rush shipping for an extra $60--the product did not come at the predicted time--i complained to customer support and they immediately refunded my shipping charge--I have been supremely impressed with the customer service from this company and very satisfied with the product also

Pump die after a month
The pump die after a month. I returned it but still have not received a refund. Have to contact amazon and amazon is reaching out to seller. From the review seller will charge you a restocking fee even if it damaged or defective and the pump and touch panel die after a month from seller's review. Just spend a little more money on a name brand. $400 for one month of usage.

Saved our event, great product
Amazing unit for the price. Out in building unit went out we needed something stat for an event. Although the casters are much smaller than other machines. But the performance of this item was amazing. It showed when promised and It carried us more than expected through our event and way 70 dollars cheaper than the next smaller unit out there. Highly recommended but it enjoy it you won't be disappointed!!!

Pump Broke in 2 Months
It is nice cooler 6000 cfm when it works, but mine suddenly stopped working in 2 months. I have been trying contact seller no response. Not sure how to get help or even if someone can tell me how to replace water pump and model number for the pumps

Great Cooler!
This product works great to cool off our space. With the added use of the ice blocks that can be used over and over it really helps to cool down the temperature.

It works well. But it is definitely NOT 6000CFM.The wheels are kinda janky when wheeling it around on concrete. Also wish they included an autofill hose connection….

Great value for the cost, works better than expected
Loved the power of the fans. Having this in our canopy really made a difference during meal time, cooled things down about 5-6 degrees without the ice packs. With the ice packs, down about 7 degrees. The ice packs didn't hold up long they were thin and cheap made ( reason for 4 instead of 5 stars). Purchased a better grade of ice packs at Walmart that last longer. It also cools down and circulates the air in my carport.Love it, love it, love it !

THIS DOES NOT HAVE A FLOAT OR GARDEN HOSE HOOK UP!
Buyer BEWARE! Ordered 1 unit and thought it was a manufacturing error that it did not come with a float or garden hose hook up as the listing states: " You can conveniently refill water from either the top or bottom using a garden hose for continuous refilling."Ordered a replacement and it also has no float or garden hose hook up.
