The product is great, however the use instructions are by far among the worst I have ever encountered. Fortunately, I called the number for help and was connected to Isabella, a company rep. Well, she saved the day. Intelligent,articulate, understanding, and truly helpful, I was able to program the lock in a matter of minutes....If the company is ever without Isabella it better be prepared for many product returns.

I love the locks. They are worth every penny. I have installed two already. They work perfectly and when I did needed help for one Support was very helpful. Aaron went above and beyond. Good customer service

Solid lock with nice finish. The only thing I do not like is the rf tag/cards that came with it do not fit on a key ring as the hole is too small. Though most other rf tags will work as I used same on already on my keychain that I use for other rf locks I have. Features in the app are ok though not any documentation of how to really use them so does take trail and error to see what you like.

Hands down, one of the best locks. I use this for my airbnb. I can unlock the house from the app regardless of where I physically am. It allows you to set temporary codes so if someone is staying for a week, code expires at a specific time and date. You can set the locks to 'autolock' after 30 sec, 1 min, 2min, etc. Every parent should have one of these so that in the event their child either loses a key, forgets a code, you can press a button on your phone to unlock the home.

I bought this smart lock for one of my rental properties because I got tired of paying a locksmith every time I needed to rekey the house between tenants. This has been a great solution. The biggest advantage is how easy it is to change the access code. Whenever a new tenant moves in, I simply ask what code they’d like to use and update it in just a few minutes. It’s much more convenient than dealing with physical keys. I also like that I can remotely lock or unlock the door when needed (with the compatible hub), which is incredibly helpful if someone forgets their code or I need to grant access while I’m away. I did hire a locksmith to install it because I’m not particularly handy, but once it was installed, it’s been reliable and very easy to use. If you own rental properties, this is definitely worth considering.

The good: the door lock is good quality, easy installation, no drilling was needed. Works great. The bad: I spent hours looking for instructions in the manual, Google, Veise website on how to change the factory pass code and add my own on the keypad since I don't have wifi. Nowhere to be found. All the info I found was incorrect. Eventually I called the customer service and Kiara walked me through and it was done in like 20 seconds. Veise needs to add the instructions to their manual! I added a picture with instructions.
