I've been using Project AD Life's Good Morning Detox and Performance Drink for a few weeks now, and I'm really happy with it. The flavor is delicious, and it's a refreshing change from my usual plain water in the morning. I've noticed that I have more energy throughout the day and my digestion seems to be better. I really like this powder, I think it tastes great..a little tangy but really sweet, I add more water or also add to my smoothie. Super easy to mix, blends very well. You have to shake it up. I take it in the morning. I have not noticed any bad side effects at all and I have a pretty sensitive system to new things. I feel like it gives me a good boost and bloating has been down. Not noticing big changes or anything, but I really do like it.

I just started dieting for the first time in my life, and knew taking supplements would probably benefit me. So this one piqued my interest, and it has been a great refreshing sweet drink I get to start my day off with in the morning, which helps curb my sweets cravings because it does taste very sweet. I use a milk frother to mix all of my drinks, and this was easy to incorporate, but did leave a small amount of undissolved material at the bottom of the glass, like most do. I can't say I've seen any major results yet, but I do feel no side effects or anything so I'm happy about that!

I ordered this for my daughter who needs to have glutamine in the morning. She likes to taste of it and that's probably the best thing I like about it. No complaints
