Arch Support Shoe insoles (for over 220+lb person L)Everything starts with footcare. I never realized how much I needed these. The old ones were so worn and paper thin, it's been a while. Let me tell you, light years different. My posture has instantly improved. I walk taller. Spine sits more upright because for the first time in a long while, my feet are properly supported. I waited a good two days in them to give you a proper review. Walked more than a few miles in them. If you have a 9-11.5 it'll be perfect. over 12.5-13 you may need something wider and longer. 12 is great, I had to scoot up the bottom heal part to match up for my foot. The toe end of the curled insert scooted nicely in the front part of the shoe naturally. I didn't cut it. I was able to get them nice after wearing them and they don't move around at all . Really comfortable. No foot pain after long day in them. Lots of support. If you are a bigger person these are great. If you are on your feet all day then you should get them. I found them Most comfortable. The spring in my step is back. The gel and length of the arch is keeping the pressure off of the front toe joint and has more of an angle to support the bone spur area. The material is spongy, and no sliding. I was worried it wasn't enough padding in the front, but there is plenty. If you have heel problems this is for you as there is lots of gel in the back to prevent the hard step. 100% upgrade for me. Walking tall. I have high arches, and susceptible to plantar fasciitis, and play a lot of sports, so I try a lot of different Orthotics and arch support footbeds. This set is especially nice as it has a good firm supportive arch support and full length foot bed that fit nicely into my athletic shoes. Running around in them felt really comfortable and supportive, with no noticeable ankle roll or pronation. These footbeds are great value for anyone who is looking for that extra bit of support in their shoes. Right now, I would put them towards the top of my many are supports and foot beds. I'm interested in seeing how they hold up over time and through the summer Sports season. Based on what I'm seeing now I definitely recommend them.

I like the coloring and the design of this product however, it is locking in the support and comfort. This product offers some relief but just not enough.

So I will preface this by saying I do not have any diagnosed issues with my feet so take my review from that point of view. I recently came back from a trip to Europe where I walked around 10-15 miles and my feet were killing me. My stock soles had no support and in hindsight I should've gotten some insoles before the trip. After coming back I knew I needed something different. I saw these and decided to get them, I've been pretty happy with them so far. The arch part is higher than other insoles I've gotten which is nice. It did take a bit to break them in so no that I've used them for a week or two it's been a lot less stiff and more comfortable. I don't have any crazy trips coming up soon so I am not doing extended walking but I will say, day to day use it has been very comfortable. Also I have a size 11.5 shoe and I didn't need to trim these insoles at all, just slipped them in and went with it. I would recommend anyone with foot pain and higher arches to give this a try!

Found this arch support insert to be uncomfortable as it was much too stiff. Easy to insert into my sneakers, but unfortunately for me it did not provide the pain relief that I was looking for.

I work on my feet and needed insoles to help with the pain. These worked great and made a huge difference. They fit exactly as stated and gave comfort from the beginning. The insoles are stiff and ensure your foot stays in the correct position. The were easy to insert into my shoes.

My feet is not completely flat, and this insoles is good to add support for my shoes. I like the fact that it is full length, instead of 3/4. Feels comfy immediately as soon as I put on my shoes. With 3/4 it takes some wiggling to make sure the support is placed on the right position. Use this for my walking shoes and I can feel the difference. I have not put it to test for a whole day use, however for a short walk it is comfy. The material seems good but time will tell how long it will last. Overall a good support insoles.

I’ve been wearing these for a few months now and my feet feel amazing. I have an old pair of shoes that are still structurally strong but we’re hurting my feet. After putting these in, I feel like the life of my shoes will be extended so much further.They fit well and are very high quality for the price. I’ve easily paid twice as much for lesser insoles. One warning I will put out there is my feet hurt for a few days after starting to use these. I read that it molds your arch to be where it is supposed to and if you didn’t have that before your foot had to work extra hard. It’s like walking incorrectly for too long makes your foot hurt to adjust back to where it is supposed to be. That said, don’t be alarmed but know that after a few days of wear my foot felt amazing after the adjustment period.

These insoles were very easy to fit, although they come up slightly large - I'm a UK 7, but would have been OK with a 6, I think. I also found it took a bit of adjustment in the positioning in the shoe to get the arch support in the right place - it felt a little far back to start with.The insole is made of a soft, spongey material, rather like neoprene, with an additional heel-cupping area, which includes a much more rigid black plastic arch support area. This is slightly uncomfortable at first, though you soon get used to it - and it probably has to be this firm to be effective, given the weight a foot has to bear. The surface on the bottom of the insoles is some sort of silicon, which provides a good grip on the insole of the footwear you're using them with - it also means they would probably be OK with a bit of a heel, as they'd be less likely to slip down.The neon orange colour is fine for closed shoes and boots, but means it's not ideal for use in a sandal - it's too eye-catching, a more neutral beige or light brown would be better from that point of view.

They fitted in my size 8 shoes perfectly.The majority of the insole was very comfortable and the arch is area is reinforced with something firmer.I tried these for a couple of days and found that the arch within the insole was set too far backwards, towards the heel of my foot. It wasn't the most comfortable after a whole working day.It does state:WARM TIPS - Please be patient with the cushions and allow them to mould to your foot to get maximum comfort. The initial 2-5 days may cause slight pressure and discomfort due to arch support adjustment. Start with 3-5 hours daily, gradually increasing until you can wear them all day for a comfortable transition.Perhaps I needed to wear them in a little bit more but they weren't the most comfortable to wear.

These are great quality and offer good support in the arch. They have a lovely cushion for the heel cup and ball of foot area, as per second photo. They can be cut to fit your shoes. Please be aware they are supposed to be used in place of the original shoe insole, so bear that in mind when purchasing. However, I think if you have a pair of shoes or boots with a fixed insole, as long as there’s enough room, then I think you could still use on top of the original.They are very comfortable for my and I have a plantar fasciitis and sore heel on my left foot and I don’t notice it when using these. Recommend these and price is great in comparison to other brands.
