Was looking for an alternative to Liquid IV since they’re so expensive & found these. Liked that there was a variety pack, so I tried them. They’re wonderful! The flavor isn’t as overpowering as LIV & they’re sugar free!I usually don’t like passion fruit, but that’s my favorite flavor of the 4! The others are also tasty. Similar to LIV, I can just use half a packet in 16 ounces for milder flavor, if I don’t want to use a whole one. But since these are SO much cheaper, why not use the whole thing?!An excellent solution to a night of drinking, have one of these before bed & another when you first wake up. The hangover effect decreases dramatically! Also good for when you’re sick, or need to drink more water & just don’t like water, or want some flavor.I’ve now made these a subscribe and save and get a variety pack every 4 weeks, as I use half of one every morning mixed with my collagen powder to mask that flavor.

I really like the ease of using these packets, ability to add more water to get taste I want, and the way they hydrate me better than water alone. I like the combo pack - all flavors are good. Only negative is cost in general, although cheaper than Liquid IV.

It’s got less sodium than some mixes I’ve seen and my doctor was OK with the frequency 1-2 daily.To stretch my savings, I usually fill a 32oz Nalgene with one of my Venture Pals and a standard sugar-free mix-in stick. It’s delicious on its own, but one can put together a variety of mixes for endless combinations.It dissolves fully with just a quick shake and the packs are super convenient when you want something more than just water on the go.Give them a try. At first these had an off putting taste but I’ve gotten used to it and now find this quite good. The flavor is more subtle than liquid IV which is what I was used to. Mixes into water easily.
