These threads are authentic Anchor threads; the packaging/labels just look different from ones I've bought in the UK because they are produced for the Indian market. Anchor has confirmed this.

Beautiful colours
Last time I did cross stitching was more than 20 years ago so I ordered this floss and decided to give it a go. First of all- after ordering I watched a video that said this type of floss is not for the beginners. Good I didnโt know that and gave it a go- I think this little bear came out lovely! Floss itself is beautiful, colours are lovely. I found working with it easy. Yesterday I tried another popular brand floss and I was disappointed by how easily it tangled even though I was being so careful. Thank you Anchor! I will order more!

Good selection of colours. However, all the threads say they are made in India and Anchor website says all their threads are made in Europe. Also, product description says package weighs 55g, mine weighs 40g! Very few have Anchor colour number on them and bar codes and batch are missing.
