This is a very good unit
This unit cooled my house down very quickly. Very competitively priced and extremely easy to install and it's not heavy at all.

Loud, low fan setting too fast
Very loud, mostly because the lowest fan setting is way too fast. Setting fan to Med and High barely increases the speed; therefore it appears as though the Low setting isn't functioning properly. Opened box isn't capable of returning item, stuck with loud AC.
