Good quality bell, black iron and pulleys.
I must admit this was a replacement for a brass butler bell we have had for over 20 years. we changed the door furniture so had to change the bell.Very happy with the black iron, chrome fittings and the bell, not happy with the phillips head screws completely out of keeping withe bells design they should be black slot dome heads, also have changed the cord to one that is less elastic when attached to the system, hence the 4 stars.

This is not as good as the one I previously had from elsewhere. Looks very solid but isn't and bell is not very loud

Fantastic item
I already have one of these in my home and receive so many compliments. That aside it does the job it is supposed to do. My house is long and I can hear the bell in the garden. Sadly I will be moving and leaving this behind, BUT I have ordered another. Worth every penny. Love it.
