These are my first ever pair of Topos and they did not disappoint. I've been on a mission to find the best minimal, natural style running shoe for the past few months, and my search easily ends here. They impressed me on my first run (5 miles); slipped them on and nothing stuck out as far as discomfort or annoyances. The shoe is exactly as advertised and impressed me for the following reasons:- spacious toe box so the toes can splay naturally- mid foot is locked down securely (without over tightening of the laces)- the lack of a heel counter didn't play any role in having my heels slip around- exact amount of cushioning so the the feet can flex naturally in your stride, but not so much where it becomes too responsive- sock-like comfort and I was able to wear this all day as a walking shoe.- breathability gets a good grade alsoComments on durability will be noted once more miles are put on these shoes. As of now, I am a happy camper. Not often I put on a new pair of shoes and not notice something wrong with them off the bat.

Awesome Running Shoes
I purchased the ST-2 to compliment my Altra Provision running shoes, and use the ST-2 for tempo faster paced running and to transition to a more minimal running shoe. I like the fit, very light, and secure around ankle. I wear a 10.5 for Nike, Adidas, Altra, and Brooks, ordered a 10.5 for the ST-2 and fit was secure with movement for the toes. They have a wide toe box (not as wide as Altra, but definetly enough room for toe splay). The 0mm drop is great along with the low profile. The midsole is more flexible than most shoes. I do wish the outsole on the bottom of the shoe had more durable carbon rubber to extend the life of the shoe, maybe Topo will do this to future models. Overall great shoe!

but for those used to no padding at all it feels like too much
This shoe will be alright for those used to padded zero drop shoes, but for those used to no padding at all it feels like too much. The toes box shape is nice and wide, but the toe box overly tall in size 15, which fit my 14 foot. I could wear heavy wool socks in there and it still would be too tall for my feet. Also because the bottom is not flat it inhibits feeling the road with your toes. So while the shoe is technically zero drop, it's not really in application as the front portion is tapered. This is the same on all of the so called zero drop padded running shoes.I bought some Soft Star Primal RunAmocs instead, ahhhhhh sweeeet !The shoe runs 1 size small in the large ones at least. I called Top and this is what they recommended and they were correct.

I love this shoe.I suffer from multiple knee injuries and I like to lead an active lifestyle. In recent years I have worn ultra cushioning athletic shoes, and I really liked them.Topo is the opposite of these yet they are amazing. They feel like I'm. Ot wearing shoes!Super light weight, flexible and roomy in the toe box.The zero drop heel to toe ratio has eliminated my knee pain. Now I'm new to them so ai can't speak to durability, but they do seem to be very high quality (admittedly time will tell). If you are looking at shoes, I would highly recommned you check out Topo.Hope this helps!

I Love My Happy Feet
The shoes are very well constructed and comfortable. The wild toe area allows for a softer feel when you walk. I have every inclination to purchase additional pairs. I had ordered the wrong size originally and called the company. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. She resolved the issue immediately. I was pleasantly surprised at her great customer service. She could not have been more gracious.

Working great for travel
I needed something that would pack compactly for travel on a motorcycle and be suitable for walking and light hiking when off the bike. These are working great so far. They are very comfortable, light weight, and seem well constructed. While these are only available in a medium width and I generally need wide, I ordered my normal length and they fit surprisingly well with the boxy toe area. They are a bit dorky looking (I bought the blue ones); otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.

Great show for minimalist traveler.
I bought these as my primary travel workout shoe, due to the fact that the heel cup easily collapses. I’ve been very happy, as they pack flat and provide just enough cushion for quick 2-3 mile runs and hotel gym weightlifting. These shoes are quite different than the minimalist running shoes I’m used to. Whereas other shoes tend to hug the foot, these seem to loosely hold the foot. The toe box is a little too roomy for my taste, even with wide feet. Quality of the show so far is good. Fit a bit large.

Light and fits my feet well. I replaced the inserts with Dr Scholl's work inserts, for more protection of my feet since I am often using them on cement instead of trails.

Very light, very comfortable
I've been running in some regular style running shoes (cushy, big drop) for a while, these are a breath of fresh air.

Too narrow for my 4E wide feet
I wanted to like these shoes, but they just wouldn't fit. Too narrow through the midfoot. I had to return them. (I wear a 4E in Asics GT 2000 series shoes, for example.)

Great barefoot running shoes
I love these shoes, but they are for barefoot running, so if you don't want zero rise I'd look at something else. This is my second pair and I may need another pair soom.

Minimalist shoe that goes the distance
Since I went minimalist about 10 years ago, I have tried a number of brands and models. I owned a pair of Topos a few years back and became a believer in the large toe box design.

Perfect shoes
Perfect shoes, despite it's not wide as my thought.

Four Stars
I like the shoes, they fit a bit large on me. I should have gotten a smaller size.
