I’ve tried a lot of endurance gels over the years, and BPN Go Gels have quickly become my go-to. The caffeinated mixed berry is my favorite the flavor is smooth and natural without being overly sweet, and I actually look forward to taking it mid-run. I also recently tried the mango, and it was equally delicious. What stands out most is how gentle they are on the stomach. No GI issues at all, even during tough workouts in the heat and humidity. I use them during speed work, long runs, and plan to use them throughout marathon training and race day. Energy feels consistent, and I notice I don’t crash later in the workout. I’ve even used these after mile 16 in long runs with no problem and that’s usually when most gels fail me. Highly recommend to any endurance athlete looking for reliable, high-quality fuel that tastes great and performs even better.

Really great running gel, goes down easy and you don't need water! It is a good burst of energy on long runs! Not overly sweet either!

Easy to go down as you are running in the trails, the taste is great, not thick, doesn’t make my stomach hurt, the ingredients are clean for a gel, i was able to use these on my 50 mile race and i will use them on my up coming 100 mile ultra.

Too sour and flavorful for me. If you’re doing intense cardiovascular exercise multiple hours strong flavors are not your friend. I like the ingredients but the flavor is too strong and sour. I’ve tried mango and berry. I’ll try apple to see if it’s less sour.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: BPN always is the best with not only quality but the company in general is amazing! I love their products and the GO Gel is no exception, great taste and doesn't have the terrible chemical processed feeling that other companies leave when you are in the midst of a long effort. I used these for my Brick Workouts and loved them! Can't wait for more flavors soon!

Take this in mind that I bought this during a flash sale, but I was super disappointed that I received an expired product. I bought this on September 17, 2025 and received them on September 19, 2025 and I was super excited to try them because I'd always wanted to try these. I'm a fan of BPN supplements, but I was always reluctant to pull the trigger on a whole pack of the GO GELS. Since they were on sale, I thought I'd take a the opportunity to try them out. To my dismay, when I received them I noticed the bottom of the packaging was crushed a little bit so I was checking it out and I noticed that the expiration date is 09/2025. I was pretty upset to receive a product that is already expired from a brand that I trust and thus why I am giving a 1 star review. This is review is based all on the business side of the product and not the actual product itself. EDIT: BPN corrected the issue with my initial box being expired and sent a fresh box for me to try. I got to try them during a key race and they are great. No GI issues at all and I love that they are not giants gels. Thank you BPN for correcting the initial issue and sending me a new box to try. Great business and thank for taking care of a customer. I recommend these gels

Received months old expired gels and didn’t bother to check them until after I got sick after running 13 miles. Realized this a bit too late and had to file a claim to be refunded. Disappointed
