This is exactly what I hoped for. A good strong bar, a good length but not overly long, well balanced, with lots of options for varying the grip. I have wrist issues which complicate my lifting, and have tried other ways to neutralize the grip but they are cumbersome and change the distance to the bar. This bar is the answer for me, there are multiple possibilities for the grip which means I can almost always find a more comfortable way. This bar can do everything I need it to, including landmines, presses, lifts. It's short enough to not take up room unnecessarily in a home workout space. It's beautifully made, well balanced. The threaded collars are the frosting on the cake. I love it.

This review is for the Fixtech Olympic 47” Black Curl Bar. The item arrived undamaged, well packaged in cardboard boxes. No scratches or dents. No sharp, pointy projections. It is compatible with standard 1” plates. The included spinning locks keep the plates in place. Overall, this is a quality, solid curl bar.

My package did not come with the star lock screw in knobs to keep the weights secure. This barbell is useless

Curling Bars unscrew every time I workout. Not pleased with this because every set I have put it right and sometimes it take time to hold in place.
