Can i put the pitcher on the stove to hear the milk..?

I don't think the pitcher has anything to do with hearing the milk, but don't put it on the burner because it heats the metal and you will burn your hand

I would certainly think so, but my first thought was that it holds very little liquid, and milk boils over very easily, once you hit the boiling point.

What is the size...in ounces or mls? Is that 100% true stainless steel? is that easy to clean?

12oz or 350 mls. It looks 100% stainless steel and yes is easy to clean.

Can I use it in a microwave to steam milk?

People freak out about metal in a microwave more than they should. The only time you should worry is if there is a short enough gap for the electricity to arc. There is a small gap between the handle and the pitcher on this model , so it may be safe, but it could actually arc.
