What is there not to love about Henry? The suction is great, and even after months and months of use, the suction still works how it should. The hoover bags are easy to change. Henry comes with a variety of different attachments for those hard to reach places. He’s not too big or bulky, and is easy to pull around. Although, it is annoying when he gets caught on door frames! He doesn’t get tangled up in the lead like I have found with previous hoovers. Would definitely recommend!

Henry has proved to both useful and reliable so far.Lots of accessory tools included.Very useful extension adapters also provided.Easy to change dust collection bags.Emptying the dust collection bags is not so easy as it requires getting your fingers into the dust collection receptacle orifice to pull out compacted materials, not ideal, but not an overly burdensome chore either, could be designed better in the future I hope.Overall I am ver happy with Henry, he is certainly not workshy, he gives good results without complaint.

Very powerful machine, came with loads of attachments, I love can use this machine for almost anything (apart from water pick up of course..)It’s easier to clean than bagless machines, all you do it change a bag and it’ll be like new againOnly thing is it’s a little heavy but other than that 10/10

Excellent 2nd purchase, 1st one lasted decades. Not as heavy as previously, loads of excellent tools. Have just finished the whole house including architrave, skirting boards, ledges and even got most of the way up the landing. Don't ponder just buy one!
