A good night light here but let down marginally by a sticker on the front that's not easily removable from the box without chemicals and the 8hr timer that doesn't seem to switch the unit off as per the manual. Either way, my daughter loves the jelly fish looking shapes on the ceiling so 4 stars from us. Remote Control is useful to help elevate the unit up but apart from that, the unit is switched on and that's it! Amazing colour and easy to use. Couldn't comment on the sound quality as this isn't a feature we use.

One of the other reviews mentions an issue when removing the warning sticker that left residue on the dome. I can confirm I didn't have this issue so don't be too worried about that.I haven't had the opportunity to try the speaker functions out yet as I simply don't need it, I have Sonos speakers already and won't need the white noise as it's not in my bedroom. I'm just mentioning it as I'm aware the light can do things I don't need but others might.As you can see from my photo this will cover an entire ceiling of a regular sized room. The light is in the corner and is propped up by a built in stand. There's several colours to choose from as well as a colour change mode that'll cycle through the colours. You can change the brightness to 7 levels and also the speed.The remote in the product image is 'wrong', the timings are 2, 4 & 6 hours. I opt for the 6 hour option each time so the light turns off when I've gone to bed.

Much better than expected, the light effects are really pretty and relaxing to watch as you drift off to sleep, like pulsing jellyfish blobs across your ceiling.The sound effects are mostly good, not too sure about the tunes but they may be suitable for a baby, the whole thing would be great in a nursery.Can be used with bluetooth to play your own tunes however the speaker is not great so probably only good for nursery rhymes/ your own relaxing sounds rather than listening to actual music.There is a warning sticker on the unit about not looking directly at the light, which is a bit of a pain to get off but obviously there for a good reason!Powered from the mains and has a remote control so you can turn it off without entering a sleeping child's bedroom, as we all know that however quiet you are they will ping awake the minute you cross the threshold...

Instructions says this isn’t for under 14s, but there aren’t enough features for it to please anyone approaching adulthood. It has no internal battery so needs to be powered. Connects easily through Bluetooth if you want to play your own audio. Lights pulse in a very simple way in time with the music, seems to be mainly a flash of white light. Internal speaker is tinny and gets up to a decibel level of elderly-relative-with-a-loud-TV rather than anything suitable for a party. The light show is one abstract shape in blue, red, white or green and various combinations of those three. You can have it static, whirling slowly or very slowly - it’s not going to make you feel giddy even in a tiny space. There are about 16 inbuilt sounds: rain, thunder, stream, cicadas etc. Three tunes that will drive you nuts as the loops I are only 30 seconds long. It might work as an insomnia aid with a simple light colour scheme and the birdsong or jungly audio samples.

The media could not be loaded. This has transformed my bedroom into a peaceful heaven because every evening I put it on and I leave it for around 1 hour and a half while falling asleep.Usually after a long day I want to relax and with the help of this galaxy projector which creates an interesting projection on the ceiling I can enjoy all the sound of waves and this is very relaxing.The projector offers white coverage so almost every corner of my room it's covered in light and I chose a calming sound which makes my room look like an underwater paradise.What makes this projector even better it's the built-in speaker because it allows me to connect my phone easily and play some of my favorite soft music and some qualities are more or less fine based on the size of this product.The projector also comes with a timer at function which is very handy because it allows me to set up the time from half an hour, 1h and also 1.5h I can easily control all the features of it just using the remote control which means that I don't have to stand up from the bed and press any button.This is a great projector for my bedroom because it combines the beautiful visual effects with the sound and also it is easy to use.

Plenty of choices. Moving clouds, still clouds, moon, still stars (green dots), flashing stars (green dots) I wish the green dots was stars. I wish the star flashing matched the beat of music I play. Light does not play its own music and that’s fine. Light can be increased or dimmed great feature. Magnetic stand is good. Hardly needs to be readjusted. It can not stick to a wall, the magnet is not strong enough. I love it can stay plugged in, I hate throwing away batteries. It’s lasting long hours at the spa and does not overheat even sitting on top of my towel warmer. Covers most the room, spa my room is awkward in shape. In the kids bedroom which is larger it covers the ceiling and walls very well.

ive had this starlight for over a year, and its never broke. im impressed with that because of the price. quality is really nice and as shown. although, it doesn't work 100%. sometimes it lags but you just have to wait a while and turn it back on again. if you have LED lights, the remote control overrides them and sometimes changes them to the color white or rainbow, like it did with mine. overall, for the price, this product is recommended.

Light was really cute, I loved the moon/ cloud image, sphere shape and aurora effect. I used it for a couple weeks and found it would turn off randomly, sometimes after 5 minutes or maybe a half hour. Also the remote seemed to be a bit finicky and worked better with a short distance. Returned item.

i like overall got no clue how the music mode or option is suppose to work its not very clear in the info and i have led strip lights also and i cant use both at the same time as this remote will screw with me strip lights off, on, effect etc.
