Great heater certainly pumps the heat out had an intermittent problem with the heater turning off now sorted by electrician.Contacted Futura and they promised to get back to us still waiting a week later.10/10 for the heater 0/10 for Futura

I bought the unit based on the product review.It looks nice but is next to impossible to program. The instruction manual is indecipherable.Having eventually set the unit up twice, it worked for a day and then deleted the program settings and shut itself off.Suggest you avoid this if you want to use it on a program setting. If you just want something to turn on and off, it may be okay.

This heater is really good and heats up the house very quickly.Also turns off when set temperature is reached which helps save electricity

Not bad for the money, it has a timer and you can choose the desired temperature. Radiates heat from the top and the front. It's quiet and looks good, quite easy to mount to the wall.

The media could not be loaded. Works amazing. Heats up fast and very easy to work with.

Heater lasted 8 months then broke. I contacted customer services and gave them all the information they asked for and have not heard anything from them since. I Regret buying from this amazon trader and should have bought from a store that I could physically take the product back for an exchange or refund.Very poor service from seller and would not recommend trading with them as they do not seem to honor guarantees or warranties.

Bought this heater for extra heat but could not workout how to set the controls so had to end it back.
