There was an initial mix up. Instructions talked about assembling a multi part ‘dome’ section but nothing in the box. Quick call to the supplier and a one-piece unit sent out to me. Straightforward to assemble. Seems good quality. I’m hoping the stainless steel will resist rust. Only time will tell whether any parts are not going to live up to expectations.It’s a big, tall unit but it’s reasonably easy to move around by tilting it over and using the two wheels on the base. It seems reasonably heavy when the gas cylinder is in place, but early in the year when we had it out (but not in use) I watched it move in the wind (not gale-force or stilly, just your average UK gusts) and I worried that it could topple. That great big dome top acts almost like a parachute and catches the wind. That said, I guess the same could be said for any similar patio heater. To be on the safe side, we wheel ours to a secluded spot when not in use.When turned up high, we get a great deal of heat from this heater. As it tends to sit behind or between a couple of chairs on the edge of the action, the cone of heat it gives off goes where you want it, but also out behind you, wasted. The only way to avoid this would be to have it in the middle and sit around it. That doesn’t work for us, but might for some. Having experienced this, I now see the benefit of those units that sit within a table.Full blast heat is great, but naturally, as you turn it down you get much less effect. We haven’t used it often enough to see how long a gas bottle will last.In terms of quality, I looked at a few before I bought this and I think it is as good as any and better than most.

Great heater at good price (I paid £150 on a promotion). Knowing how much stainless steel costs these days you'd be hard pushed to buy the stainless required to make it for that price.

Arrived in two boxes. Had to be assembled with medium effort. Very tall. Quality seems good. Arrived day before expected but disappointed I couldn't get a more accurate time when tracking. Good price.

I have always had patio heaters and this one is far better than any of them. The large canopy directs the heat downwards and outwards and even though I live in a chilly area the heater has only been on low so far. I burn butane as it's much cheaper than propane although it will burn both with the correct regulator. I'm very pleased with the heater and the customer service of the seller
