How can I care these pillow？

WASH:
Wash the pillow using machine wash, set the cycle to “Gentle Wash” and use cold water.
Use liquid detergent only. 
Do not bleach/iron/dry-clean.

DRY: 
To maintain the fluffiness, dryer balls are recommended to prevent fillings from forming lumps if you use the dryer, or add “Air fluff” cycle after the usual drying procedure.
Pillow case is recommended

Question 2

I've used feather pillows for 20+ years.  How do these compare? I am having troubles finding feather lately

In response to Gigi11:  I understand you have never lived on a farm or raised geese, so please allow me to educate you: down feathers are NOT "pulled from innocent birds", but shed by birds naturally and collected to be cleaned and stuffed into bedding. DOwn-producing birds are pampered so they live a long time and produce lots of down and shed feathers during thier lengthy lives.

I spent a great deal of my childhood collecting down, and still have several pillows and quilts filled with down I collected..

The reason we use down alternative products is not to "save the innocent birds" is because geese don't shed enough to meet the demand. And this particular type of down alternative most closely resembles real down, behaving in much the same way except it floofs up easier and floofier and is easier to wash.

The only thing this pillow needs to be perfect is a side zipper to remove or add extra floof as desired, and for even easier cleaning, and (for weirdos like me) to add a rectangle of egg crate foam for even more firmness as I have always found down to be lovely but not quite firm enough.

Can these pillows be vacuum-packed?

Yes. That's how they arrive.They are compressed in airtight packaging. As soon as you open the packaging they start to fluff and are ready to use within the hour.

I like to fold the corner under wherey face is, will this work with this pilllw and still keep its shape?

Unfortunately, i haven't  done that. But  i do sleep with my arm under the pillow and it seems fine. Hope that kinda helped.
