This camera is absolutely amazing for the price!Set up is super simple as you basically just plug in the camera & plug in the parent unit and you’re ready to go! Comes with easy to understand instructions. Also comes with the optional wall mount piece.The monitor is huge and while the quality isn’t a 10/10, it is perfect enough for me to see my child(ren). (It’s not pixelated, it’s just not the view we’re used to with our smart phones these days)The sound on the monitor is pretty loud and adjustable, you can also mute it if you prefer to just view the video. You can “lock” it which turns the screen off but keeps the sound on. There’s also a sound indicator bar that lights up which is very nice.It does have the capability to play lullabies, but I haven’t needed that function yet.Now, here’s where it gets truly amazing in my eyes. My child put the monitor in the toilet, and after immediately putting it in rice and leaving it for a couple days - it still works!!! No visible damage to screen and battery is fully charging.Would definitely buy this again if needed, and recommend to friends/family as well. The cost alone is way less than half of comparable products.The only thing I may add would be a date/time option.

Easy to set up and use! Clear viewing, great sound, and so much cheaper than some name brands! I did buy this to replace a very expensive one, that never seemed to work right.

I am SO happy we went with this monitor and camera. Took less than a minute to set up. All you do is plug in camera and turn on monitor and you’re good to go. I don’t have the best camera on my phone, so please excuse picture. It looks a lot more clear in person. I love this monitor, you can adjust brightness, sound, and it even has a lullaby option. I can’t recommend enough. This is perfect for a non-Wi-Fi, good quality, cheap option.

I love this monitor. We also have a v tech but needed another one for an extra space so we didn't have to see moving monitors. This one is worth the cost. The price is great and the camera has so much function and moves so well to see all areas of the room. My only complaint is the sound. It does not always catch sound the first time. It does not impede the use and functionality. The hubs also does not feel like the volume goes loud enough.

I bought this monitor to make sure our new puppy stayed safe throughout the day and night. It works great, and has a clear picture and it rotates to give a wider range of view. I was surprised that a monitor at this price point has this good of a picture. The night vision is also great. The charging cord for some reason stopped working, and I got an immediate response from the seller, and they sent not one, but two new cords for free. Great service after the sell.

Very good picture quality and has done really cool features. Very user friendly and easy to use. Sound quality is great as well, and the battery life lasts the whole night on a full charge.

I wanted to be able to listen for and observe the night time activity of my ailing elderly mother. It is just perfect. Any sound from the monitor awakens me and I can look to see whether she is just rolling over or if something potentially dangerous is happening. The picture is super clear. It allows me to quickly intervene when necessary or return to sleep if all is well. It was simple to set up. Just plug it in and go. It has great range. It is safer than being on wifi. It has been a total game changer in caregiving. I highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded.  Update:: Customer service reached out to offer a full refund. I will use to purchase again & hope for better luck. It really was great prior to!I absolutely loved this monitor!! Great distance reach with no wifi needed, the ability to move the camera, talk both ways, good video quality, & good battery life. One day I noticed it was getting low on battery, and when I plugged it in the screen went black. It now shows a green light when plugged in, but the monitor no longer turns on. So sad, I truly loved this monitor
