Well made product!
This is a well made product for our cats outside. We zip tied 2 sections together to extend the tunnel and the product is solid enough that we trust it enough to not have human supervision when they are on the deck traveling to their house Catio.

Not compatible with the catio
I ordered this to expand the catio I previously purchased as it was the recommended product “bought together”. It is a much larger opening than the catio and there’s no way to connect them

Worked for intended purpose
We had just got a 10 week old kitty that never had free reign of the breeders house. He would get behind the recliners and go through the back where the framework and wiring is. I figured why not try a tunnel back there, turns out the kitty loves it and is his go to hidey spot when he wants to nap. He doesn’t even try to go into the couch.

Does not fit the catio
It was marketed to fit the large catio. It was part of the “customers buy together” yet it doesn’t fit the catio and is a total waste of money

Does NOT work with the Kitty City Outdoor Kit
Even though it was shown as an option and they supposedly "all connect". They don't. It could be useful as a tunnel by itself, but it will not connect. The design is really good, I think. But more attention needs to be paid to which items will and won't connect to each other. I was really looking forward to it, but I am very disappointed.

I’m missing the two end peices !! To zip closed!! WTF…both end peices are supposed to come with this!!

I love this. I use it to connect my cat door to the cat enclosure. My cats love to lounge in the tunnel sometimes. It has been outside in the weather for 6 months and no problems.
