I drink Premier Cafe Latte shakes to get the protein that I need.

I have never been somebody who eats breakfast and I'm often advised that I really should consider eating something but I just don't do it. I'm a busy guy, I'll have my two cups of coffee in the morning then I'm off on my adventures for the day. I might have a light lunch but generally my only substantial meal is at dinnertime.I am a healthy adult male. I keep hearing that this lifestyle, my skipping breakfast, isn't very smart. I decided to compromise and try having a protein shake in the mornings. I like bananas so I decided to sample this one. Bear in mind, I had never consumed a protein shake before. This was my first time.I poured out a shake and sipped it. Oooh, it was really sweet. At least to my palate. It does taste like banana and that's a plus. But sweet, almost cloying to me. But then I don't do sweet. No sugar in my coffee. I never drink soda pop. No chocolate. No desserts. I just don't have a sweet tooth any more. I ate candy and drank soda pop when I was a kid but then I just stopped in high school. Never missed it.So to me this shake tastes sweet. I drank it down, like I was taking my medicine. I'll keep having one every morning. Perhaps I'll grow to like it? And I do realize most people like sweets, soda pop, etc. Maybe this won't taste very sweet to them?I drank it. It was OK. I'm doing this for my health. Which is important to me.

I drink one every morning. I have Starbucks and such back in Dec. I have lost 40lbs. (With diet and exercise as well) but I also use these with my patients that need meal and protein substitutes. We use them in the hospital as well. These are a great supplement universally supported by nutritionists and providers. When you have to pick I pick this one :)

This product was just as I expected. It tastes great and the size is perfect for grab and go. 30 grams of protein is great and this is a good price point as well.
