Another issue
Bike arrived with damaged saddle that is not a good start. Then having just on short test for school bike-ability tomorrow and the back tyre is flat, inflamed again to check still found to be flat and now I have a 11year old upset because her bike isn’t going to be ready for school in the morning. So so annoyed.

Worst mountain bike!
Before buying, I was skeptical as there is not much review about this bike but now I know it was a bad decision to buy this bike.Pros:Super fast shipping.Well-secured package.When it comes to assemble the bike, it is very simple and it was without any problems (the package included all the wrench and hex keys).Cons:After two weeks and few trips on the bike, the front derailleur had a manufacturing defect (poor quality of the front derailleur parts) which caused the chain to completely destroy the front gear, so I have to replace it with new front gears + protective rim for the derailleur. I got a reply from the manufacturer that I would have to send the bike on my own if I wanted a refund, or I would have to pay for new parts and repairs from my own pocket.Regardless of my choice, I have to pay extra for a new bike so that I can ride it safely.Complete dissatisfaction with the seller service.
