Poor quality
Ok product.I would not recommend overall, due to the planner not actually being very sturdy, durable or particularly good quality.Not the easiest or most helpful to use.

Absolutely fab
Absolutely brill, great quality, fast delivery and is motivational and interesting enough to make me want to fill it in everyday. I love the inspirational quote page in the middle too, I do hope that these change randomly too so there is a different one when I buy my next one.

Keeps you on track!
I have found this so useful for following slimming world and keeping track of what healthy extras I have had and syn use. Definitely recommend for slimmers!

Highly recomend!
Absolutly love this book. I bought an official slimming world a while back. But this one is much better. I like that you can write all measurments down and also write down exercise and water intake. Very well made and high quality. Highly recomend!
